Year-End Giving
The Martis Camp Foundation was recently named 2023 Nonprofit of the Year by the Truckee Chamber of Commerce! This award is a result of the positive impact made by the MCF in our greater community through the generous donations of Martis Camp Members. We extend a huge thank you to our donors for helping our community thrive through MCF community grants and scholarships.
Whether you already donate to the MCF or you're new to our mission, we invite you to make a year-end charitable donation to help us continue to enhance the quality of life in the Truckee/North Tahoe community in the areas of Education, Youth Development, Human Services and Recreation.
The Martis Camp Foundation started 13 years ago with the hope of sending one high school student to college. Today, we are the largest provider of college scholarships in the Truckee/North Tahoe region. In our first few years, the MCF was able to donate a handful of grants to local nonprofits. Today, we are one of the largest grantors to nonprofits in Truckee and support more than 50 organizations with over $750,000 in grants a year. In 2018, we expanded to include scholarships for our Ambassadors and their dependents to help our amazing Martis Camp employees achieve their educational dreams. We are very proud of the difference we are making in our local community and we invite you to join us.
We have done this impactful work with about 28% of Martis Camp Members donating. Please help us increase Martis Camper participation by considering a donation to the MCF. In 2023, our average donation per Martis Camp family is $6,700 and our largest donation is $1.3 million. As you make your year-end charitable donations, we hope you favorably consider the MCF in your giving plans. Any donation is greatly appreciated.

1) Fill out and submit the donation form above
2) Donate through your DAF
3) Email mcf@martiscamp.org to charge a donation to your Member account
4) Send a check to “MCF” at 7951 Fleur du Lac Drive, Truckee, CA 96161
As a 501c3, all donations to the MCF are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
